Central Bank insists on strengthening the fight against small businesses and micro-businesses involved in the trade of cash revenue. About it reports «Kommersant» referring to participants of the banking market.

According to the statistics of the Bank of Russia, at the end of 2017 for sale cash accounted for 29% of transit operations of high risk.

If before the sale of ruble revenues were engaged in «serious outlets», but now the trend has changed towards smaller companies, say bankers.

«The regulator indicates a bias tradesmen in cash in the sphere of small and micro business, involved in wholesale and retail trade, by distribution of amounts between multiple dealers», — said the interlocutor of Kommersant.

The scheme is as follows: the company through front companies transferred several outlets non-cash funds, which they pay suppliers of goods to obtain cash. Then, the resulting tools do not surrender to the Bank, not reflected in the financial statements, and sold back to the companies.

It is noted that special attention should be paid to the banks for small businesses with a tax load not greater than 2% registered after 1 January 2016 to open a live account after 1 January 2017.

Reason to doubt the legality of operations — receipt or write-off amounts from the account the amount of one million rubles a day as payment for tobacco products, automobiles and parts, food products and non-food items in that case, if funds are transferred to their manufacturers or to wholesalers.

Banks will have to suspend operations for companies that will fall under suspicion. During this time you will need to find out if the client signs transit company, and either make the payment or to refuse to inform the Federal financial monitoring service.
