The community members appreciate the project on kiberkino to identify the network the forbidden information, because I believe that with the rapid growth of mediapal capacity only law enforcement is not enough to monitor and remove dangerous content.

Earlier, the deputies of the state Duma from «United Russia» has prepared the bill on creation in Russia of cyberdruid that will together with law enforcement to identify online illegal information, including of an extremist nature. According to the authors of the initiative, kiberdruzhiny will be created in the format of the public organization, become a member of can Russian citizens over the age of 18.

Member of the Presidium of the coordination Council of non-state security sector (NSS) of Russia Vladimir Kashirov noted that more and more different type of threat appears in the information space: in addition to classic crimes on the network today is the recruitment of citizens into terrorist organizations, sects, criminal subculture. A separate theme — the darknet, where, in the opinion of the expert community, today, are major flows of drugs, illegal selling of weapons and many other illegal operations.

«We have to recognize that with such a rapid growth of mediapal any one state not only enough capacity of law enforcement to track and catch all the criminals and remove dangerous content. Therefore, the emergence of new forces, which have additional features and will be able to actively engage in this work, I find it quite positive,» — said the expert.

Kashirov noted that such organisations should organise their work in close cooperation with civil society institutions.
