Athlete Elbrus Nigmatullin set in the Crimea, the Russian record for towing a truck harness to a rope, according to the organizing Committee of the first all-Russian Spartakiad games of the Turkic peoples.

Spartakiad was held in Alushta on Friday in the Federal sports centre «Crimea».

«For the first time residents and guests of the Crimea were able to see demonstrations and the establishment of record for the discipline track-pull (tow truck in harness for rope) from the title holder «the strongest person of a planet» Elbrus Nigmatullin,» the statement reads.

Nigmatullin stretched out along the marked distance truck 26 tons in 41 seconds.
