President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that he had advised the head of the Polish foreign Ministry does not create «extra base», otherwise Minsk and Moscow will be forced to respond.

The Belarusian leader noted that he is not going to fight with Poland. He stressed that the foreign policy of Minsk follows the rule that neighbors should cooperate and not fight.

In addition, Lukashenko reminded about the exclusively peaceful policy of the Belarusian state and people. He added that instead of war it is better to choose «tens and hundreds of years of negotiations.»

The President of Belarus said that the world praised the actions of Minsk in the international arena to maintain security on the European continent.

In October, Lukashenka said that Minsk and Moscow consider an adequate response to the plans of Poland to host a US military base. According to him, the heads of state are thinking of response options that require minimal costs.

Earlier, Poland has proposed to place on a permanent basis, American armored division, and promised to assume the costs — about a half to two billion dollars.
