The Minister of education of Russia Olga Vasileva considers that it is not necessary to make unified state examination (use) is voluntary.

«Returning to the question of whether to do the exam is voluntary, I think not. Let me explain why. We must clearly understand (otherwise, why all that?) what base did the baby come out after the 11th grade and after 9th grade, and that he can count,» — said Vasilyev at a meeting with representatives of the faction of the Communist party.

«To date, we have not all universities high thresholds for admission, which also does us honor, because you can go to a place where not very much to ask,» added the Minister.

Vasileva also noted that universities have some way to increase the passing score to enter more examinations in the main subject, as did some of the leading Russian universities.
