The case was brought in relation to men, unleashed a German shepherd on the police in the Moscow metro, told RIA Novosti senior assistant head of GSU SK of Russia across Moscow Julia Ivanova.

«Investigating bodies GSU SK of Russia across Moscow brought criminal case on signs of the crime provided by part 1 of article 318 of the criminal code (violence against a representative of authorities),» said Ivanov.

According to the investigation, November 5, 2018 male, while the lobby of the station «Tsvetnoy Boulevard», being able alcoholic intoxication, after the subway employee and the police did not let him into the subway with a dog without a muzzle and collar, set on one of the employees, his dog, and another policeman was struck no less than two kicks.

«During interrogation, the man admitted his guilt in full and explained that I was in a condition of strong alcoholic intoxication. At the present time in respect of the defendant the measure of restraint in the form of subscriptions on parole and good behavior,» — said Ivanov.
