The Central election Commission considering the complaint of the Communist party during the election campaign in the Republic of Khakassia it is not only timely, but also earlier established by the legislation, said the Deputy Chairman of the CEC of the Russian Federation Nikolay Bulaev at the Commission meeting on Wednesday.

According to the Deputy Chairman of the CEC, complaints about untimely consideration of the complaint of the candidate for the presidency of the Republic, the representative of the Communist party Valentin Konovalov received from the CEC member Eugene Kolyushin during the preliminary meeting of the Central election Commission on Tuesday. Bulaev explains that the Central election Commission received three identical complaints from different members of the Communist party, among whom was considered a complaint from the head of the party Gennady Zyuganov. According to bulaeva, October 21, the CEC received a complaint from the Chairman of the CPRF Gennady Zyuganov on possible violations during the election campaign in the Republic of Khakassia, and then the same «place in line» complaint from Konovalov. Later a similar complaint, «the same detailed, with the same proposals», came from state Duma Deputy from the Communist party Valery Rashkin.

«The complaint of Gennady Zyuganov were quickly reviewed: 26 October, the CEC instructed to consider it, and on 2 November, the response on the complaint has been directed and Zyuganov, and Mr. Konovalov. Therefore, all claims in this case emotional that Eugene M. (Kolyushin, a member of the CEC representing the Communist party) opinions are not entirely justified. I would now like to draw attention to the fact that complaints were considered not only timely, but much before all the timeline that was established by law,» said Bulaev, noting that the response data complaints have been sent to the Prosecutor of Khakassia.

Bulaev said that the CEC carefully considered the complaint from the Chairman of the Communist party and asked the others «not to jump out of his pants» and not to fill up the CEC with the same complaints.

The Deputy Chairman of the CEC also noted that the response data complaints have been sent to the Prosecutor of Khakassia.
