The Kremlin has not learnt yet posted online photos of «beautiful life» sentenced to 20 years in prison of strict regime in the case of mass murder in the village Kushchevskaya Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz, such publications should be subject to the interest of the departments in charge of the penitentiary system, told journalists the press-Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov on Wednesday.

Earlier, several media outlets published photos on which the convicted person Tsepovyaz posing in prison garb with mobile phone in hand, and on the table his food is not from the prison menu, for example, crabs, barbecue and red caviar.

«No, you know, until we’ve read, to be honest, I don’t really know. In any case, such publications should be subject to the interest of our respective departments, which oversee the penitentiary system, it is rather their competence», — said Peskov, answering the question, got acquainted with the photos in the Kremlin, and whether orders of the President on this.

On Tuesday in a press-service UFSIN of Russia across the Amur region reported that appeared online the photos are genuine, but made in 2015. The Ministry reported that on this fact in 2018, an official audit, it is established that these photos are evidence of the violations of internal regulations. The press service noted that the audit materials were transferred to investigating authorities.

Acting senior assistant head of SUCK in the Amur region Oleg Myasoedov announced that the UK had not received materials of the FPS on the audit.

The leader of Kushchevskaya OPG Sergey Tsapok and members of his gang were convicted for the murder of 12 people in stanitsa Kushchevskaya in the fall of 2010. This crime is considered to be one of the most notorious in the modern history of Russia. Himself Tsapok was sentenced to life in prison, but died from illness on the night of July 7, 2014 in jail, where they await consideration of the complaint to the verdict.
