Question about using gadgets in schools needs to be strictly regulated, said the Minister of education of Russia Olga Vasilyeva.

The Minister is not the first time concerns the use of gadgets students. Earlier in September at the all-Russian parent meeting, she said that the smartphones in schools to anything, many educational institutions are already refusing to mobile phones, and office is encouraged. In turn, Vice-Premier of Russia Tatyana Golikova considers that the question of the restriction of the use of smartphones by students in schools need to think carefully about.

«The conversation about what someone is going to change the hand and pen on the keyboard, it is absolutely untenable. Today almost all countries of the world work with gadgets, especially in elementary school, strictly regulated,» — said Vasilyev during a speech at the government hour in the state Duma.

«We have a big study which we continue, it is the second year, about the impact of gadgets on different age groups of our students. Therefore, any conversation about the possibility of the use of gadgets in school must be strictly regulated», she added.
