Earlier, the Minister of education, science and youth of the Republic of Natalia Goncharova said that the letter signed by the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov with a proposal to transfer Regardie the authority to protect educational institutions of the Crimea will be sent to the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
