MOSCOW, Nov 8 – RIA Novosti. The Kremlin is monitoring the situation along the border between Ingushetia and Chechnya, are waiting for the decision of the constitutional court of the Russian Federation, said the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

«Watch, we will wait for the decision of the constitutional court… No, it’s a working situation, it is decided by the courts, it is absolutely normal situation, but controversial, shall we say, situation. The dispute will be settled in court», — Peskov said on the question of whether the Kremlin is behind this story.

The request of the head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov about compliance of the Constitution of the agreement on the establishment of the border between Chechnya and Ingushetia arrived in the constitutional court of the Russian Federation, said Thursday RIA Novosti press-service of the court. In late October, the constitutional court of Ingushetia ruled unconstitutional a law that approved the agreement on the border with Chechnya.

Yevkurov and the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on September 26 signed an agreement on the definition of the boundary between their regions, which provides for an equivalent exchange of territories. The parliaments of Chechnya and Ingushetia approved the border agreement. In the constitutional court of Ingushetia said that the agreement can be approved only by a referendum. The country began protests, including at place de La Concorde in Magas. From 8 October the rally was sanctioned and was held at a new venue — near the building of the national broadcasting company.

With representatives of the protesters met the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in skfo Alexander Matovnikov and the head of Department on internal policy of presidential administration of Russia Andrey Yarin. The term sanctioned rally was due to expire on 17 October, the regional authorities agreed a new action, which will be held at the same venue from October 31 to November 2. On the same day the organizers of the rally decided to suspend him until October 31.
