State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov has proposed to exempt small and family business in Russia from taxes, saying that family businesses with a turnover up to 60 million rubles would go to the patent.

«We have small and family business tax-exempt. After all, small business in its social function superior tax efficiency. Conventionally, family businesses with a turnover up to 60 million rubles would go to the patent. Here’s what we should build. And not declarative,» said Milon, who was quoted by the press service of the party «United Russia».

The corresponding statement he made on 9 November during a speech in St. Petersburg at the regional debate of the «United Russia» «Update-2018», said the press service.

«Small and family business is the most important social and moral function. Small business is more than 50% of the economy of big cities», – said the Deputy.

On the eve of the XVIII Congress of «United Russia» holds a series of regional discussions in all regions of the country to discuss a range of issues aimed at improving the efficiency of the party and her interactions with people and public institutions. The discussion will last until 20 November.
