According to him, the renaming of the Church to the Russian Orthodox is not possible.

«The Charter of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church was all the highest authorities, who at that time was responsible for legal entities in Ukraine, especially religious. And today all this talk about the name change look like a clown. Everyone understands that it is impossible,» said the Archbishop.

The dispute about autocephaly
