Significant violations during the counting of votes at elections of the head of Republic of Khakassia is not fixed, told RIA Novosti member of the Central election Commission Valery Galchenko, which is located in Khakassia.

The second round of elections in the Republic of Khakassia is one candidate — Valentin Konovalov nominated by the regional branch of the Communist party. In the first round on 9 September none of the candidates, including then acting Governor of Khakassia Victor Zimin, are unable to recruit the necessary number of votes.

«No violations that can be considered as a violation that could somehow affect the result,» said Gal. According to the CEC, after processing 11,86% of protocols for the only candidate Konovalov voted 55,79% of the electorate against 42,97%.
