Voter turnout in the second round of elections of the head of Khakassia, at 10.00 am (06.00 GMT) was 3.8%, told reporters at the electoral Commission of the Republic.

«The turnout is 10.00 of 3.82%. On 9 September, it was 4.3% at this time,» according to the electoral Commission.

In the second round of the election involved one candidate — Valentine Konovalov nominated by the regional branch of the Communist party. In the first round on 9 September none of the candidates could gain the required number of votes.

Only on the territory of the Republic on November 11 opened the 388 sites, including three time — Abakan at the hospital and jail and in a hospital in Sayanogorsk. In addition, two sites were opened in Chernogorsk at 06.00 (02.00 GMT), the workers of local enterprises were able to vote early.

Earlier it was reported that early voting was conducted in 22 remote communities in four districts of the Republic, where a total of more than 800 people. For Friday and Saturday, the turnout here was 42.8%. Total in the country in the morning, according to the electoral Commission, 381,6 thousand voters included in lists.

According to the national electoral Commission, complexes of processing of ballots (COHIBA) work on 39 sites in Abakan. This time the complexes of electronic voting (CEG) shall not apply in the election.
