Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday held a meeting with permanent members of the security Council of the Russian Federation, informed about the contacts with colleagues in Paris and discussed the upcoming trip to Singapore, reported the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.

«The President has also held operational meeting with permanent members of the security Council,» — said Peskov told reporters on Monday.
