Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the establishment of a single registration fee in the amount of 120 thousand rubles for the pre-trial consideration of disputes related to the application of regulated prices and tariffs. Document published on the portal of legal information.

The implementation of the law will bring in an additional budget of more than 10 million rubles. This is one of the elements of unification of tariff legislation in Russia, said the Deputy head of the FAS Sergey puzyrevskiy.

Earlier in Russia were charged two kinds of state duties for making decisions FAS disputes and disagreements in this field. For decision-making in the pretrial order involving the establishment and application of regulated prices and tariffs in accordance with the legislation on natural monopolies, the stamp duty amounted to 160 thousand rubles.

The state duty for the adoption of decisions on disagreements between the regional authorities, organizations conducting regulated types of activities and consumers, as well as between regional, local authorities and public utilities were defined in 80 thousand roubles.

The law introduced by the government of the Russian Federation, these two sets instead of one the state duty in the amount of 120 thousand rubles.

The work performed by FAS, and in complexity, and volume approximately the same, therefore, proposes to set a uniform fee, explained earlier, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
