Three men organized a series of fictitious road accident in Tula in order to receive insurance payments and called two police officers, all persons involved are detained, said the SUCK of the Russian Federation on region on Wednesday.

«According to investigators, in the period from 2017 to 2018 men, acting by a group of persons upon a preliminary collusion, repeatedly staged traffic accident. For further registration of fictitious traffic accidents and to obtain the necessary insurance payments documents men contacted the police,» — said in the message.

Documents prepared by the police upon road accident, the drivers passed the insurance company received insurance payments, the men were divided among themselves, adds a consequence. The investigators found that in the organization of a series of fictitious accident involved three men, they are detained, they are charged under part 2 of article 159.5 of the criminal code (fraud in the insurance industry, a group of persons on preliminary arrangement).

«During preliminary investigation also it is established that two employees… UMVD Russia on the city of Tula were in collusion with the accused», — informs a consequence. So notes SUCK, one of the officers made a decision in the case of an administrative offense, putting untrue information on the basis of the decree insurance company paid more than 144 thousand rubles.
