Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to extend until the end of 2020 ban on the implementation of planning control and Supervisory audits of small businesses, reports a press-service «Support of Russia» with reference to the order of the President.

«The government of the Russian Federation to provide in the period of autumn session of 2018, the legislation of the Russian Federation changes providing for the extension until 31 December 2020 of prohibition on implementation of planned Supervisory inspections in respect of small businesses, eliminating the spread of this ban on the activities and control projects with a high risk of threat of harm to the life and health of citizens», — quotes the document organization.

Thus, a three-year moratorium on planned inspections for small businesses will be extended for two years. The President also instructed the government to accelerate the introduction to the state Duma a draft law, which enshrines the concept of «social entrepreneurship».

In addition, the Prosecutor’s office jointly with the government and «SME Corporation» committed to ensuring the improvement of the procedure of the unified register of inspections, providing, in particular, the completion of the digitization of mandatory requirements, compliance with which is assessed during inspections.

In October, Putin asked the state office of public Prosecutor together with «SME Corporation» to establish a mechanism for increasing the transparency of Supervisory activities in relation to small and medium businesses and to work it out within the pilot project.

The President then noted that an opportunity must be given not only to regulatory authorities but also entrepreneurs themselves to place in information systems information on checks. For this you can use not only the existing register of inspections, but also portal «Business-Navigator SMEs». This approach, according to him, will allow you to see which businesses are exposed to attention of regulatory authorities and which are not.
