The acting head of the Republic of Khakassia Michael Razvozhaev has advised elected on Sunday, the Governor of the region Valentin Konovalov reduce the cost of governance, and to invest in housing. About this Razvozhaev told reporters in Abakan.

«A legitimately elected leader can reform the public administration, to change the structure, to optimize the number of civil servants, the costs of public administration,» said Razvozhaev.

He also noted that it is necessary to work with large taxpayers about the increase in income. The most important and painful point he called utilities.

«Housing suffers primarily from a shortfall in income when the economically justified tariff is such that it cannot cover any charges from the population, no payments from the budget. There is a large amount of lost income that are not backed by any resources… having to pay from budget funds for support of inefficient networks, boiler-houses it is impossible,» said Razvozhaev.

According to him, in parallel with the preparation of economically justified tariffs necessary to conduct a deep investment in the modernization of the sector.
