Moscow will respect the choice of the Ukrainian people and intends to work with any new government, said on Thursday Russian President Vladimir Putin.

«I hope that the people who will lead the country in the future, whoever it was… In any case, we will respect the choice of Ukrainian people, we will work with everyone,» the Russian leader said at a press conference in Singapore.

The presidential elections in Ukraine will be held in March 2019, the fall of that year should pass parliamentary elections.
