The head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov said that will and will to execute the decision of the constitutional court of the Russian Federation, which he will make on the issue of the border with the Chechen Republic.

The constitutional court of Russia on November 27 will consider the request Yevkurov about the verification of constitutionality of the agreement on the establishment of the border between Ingushetia and Chechnya, as well as the law, approved this agreement.

«The decision of the Federal court, I will accept and act in accordance with the judgment. There is no doubt that the decision of the constitutional court of Russia will be fair. Will wait for the final conclusion,» said Yevkurov, whose words are quoted by his press service.

Yevkurov and the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, on 26 September signed an agreement on the border between the two regions, which provides for an equivalent exchange of territories. The parliaments of Chechnya and Ingushetia approved this agreement. Kadyrov stated that it considers closed the issue about the border with Ingushetia: «the law was passed, the agreement was signed».

In this case the constitutional court of Ingushetia said that the agreement can be approved only by a referendum. The country began protests. With representatives of the protesters met the presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Alexander Matovnikov and the head of the Kremlin’s internal policy Andrey Yarin.
