Persons involved in the process about the plane crash Falcon at the capital airport «Vnukovo», which killed the head of French oil company Total, Christophe de Margerie, admitted his guilt, the correspondent of RIA Novosti from the audience solntsevsky court of Moscow.

Today the court has started consideration on the merits, separated March 2, 2017 in respect of the three accused. The defendants the head of the flight Vnukovo airport novel Dunaev, as well as air traffic controllers Alexander Kruglov and Nadezhda Arkhipova. They are accused of committing a crime under part 3 of article 263 of the criminal code («violation of safety rules of movement and operation of vehicles, entailed on imprudence death of two or more persons and caused large material damage»).

The same court on 7 July 2017 sentenced the driver of the snow machines Vladimir Martynenko to four years in prison, and the senior shift engineer Vladimir Ledenyov — to 3.5 years, but in connection with Amnesty in honour of the 70th anniversary of Victory in the great Patriotic war freed them from responsibility. The court also did not recover from the defendants compensation in favour of the victims, later the Moscow city court confirmed this decision.

Immediately after the Prosecutor made the accused. Arkhipova and Kruglov briefly stated did not plead guilty. Like-minded Dunaev has added that he did not break any rules on the safety of air traffic. Following the meeting, which is expected to be questioned by the prosecution witnesses, held 19 Dec.

On the night of October 21, 2014 at Vnukovo airport, crashed on takeoff, faced with a snow machine, jet Falcon 50EX airline Unijet. In the crash four people were killed de Margerie and three crew members.

According to investigators, snowblower, at the wheel which sat drunk Martynenko, breaking the rules, left on the runway that did not control Ledenev. Dunaev, Kruglov and Arkhipova, as suggested by consequence, knew of the potential danger to aircraft, but not reported it to the pilots.
