The candidate of the Communist party in the elections of the head of Primorye Andrey Ishchenko later began to collect signatures, so the election Commission may have questions to their quality, according to the political scientist, the Director of the consulting centre «Expert Group» Pavel Nalivaiko.

«The number of days for gathering signatures, which give the candidates enough. Many candidates came to the fore on the first day, and so far no problems. In General now the question is only according to Ishchenko, he began collecting signatures for 9 days until the end of reception of documents», — said the analyst.

According to him, this period, the Communists lacked a priori for the collection of signatures.

«And the question of the timing and quality of signatures while is his concern. He said about the risks, other candidates quietly passed the municipal filter. There is a chance that some of his signatures can cull,» — said Nalyvaichenko.

On Sunday, the election Commission completed the reception of documents for registration of candidates in governors. All documents filed by 11 persons: self-nominee, acting Governor of Primorsky Krai Oleg Kozhemyako, Chairman of the Committee on local government, law and order and legality of the Duma of Vladivostok rose Chemerys, nominated by the party «For women of Russia» — it is already registered as a candidate, Igor Stepanenko from «Patriots of Russia» Alexey Timchenko from the Party of growth, Duma Deputy Andrei Andreychenko of liberal democratic party, the independents Victor Vasiliev and Pavel Mikhalchenkov, the former prefect of the Northern administrative district of Moscow Oleg Mitvol of the Green party, the independent candidate, also a Communist Andrey Ishchenko, Viktor Staritsyn from the «Communist party of social justice» and a self-nominee Oleksandr Kovalenko.

In the near future, the Commission will review all documents and decide the registration or refusal to register a candidate. Thus, the elections could allow a smaller number of candidates.

Earlier, the election Committee of Primorye, on the recommendation of the CEC invalidated the results of the September elections of the head region. New elections will be held on December 16. The nomination of candidates began on October 26. In early October, the regional Parliament passed a law that allows independents to participate in elections of the Governor.
