The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov has accepted the resignation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Irina Kiviko, who left the post at his own request, stated in the decree of the President.

«To accept the resignation of kiviko Irina Valeryevna according to their wishes and to release her from public office of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea on 19 November 2018 in accordance with the submitted statement», — is spoken in the document published on the government website.

Kiviko held the post of Minister of Finance of the Crimea from December 2015.

At the end of October the deputies of the Crimean Parliament agreed to made by the head of the region the appointment of two new Vice-premiers, who will oversee economic and financial issues and the implementation of the Federal target program for the development of the Peninsula. In particular, for the post of Vice Premier in charge of economic and financial issues, it was planned to assign the current Minister of Finance of the Republic of Irina Kiviko. It was planned that Kiviko will combine the post of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance.

The official appointment of the candidates agreed had to take place after the signing of the relevant decrees of the head of the Crimea.
