Prosecutors believe that they could resolve not to allow them to give evidence against Browder.

As stated to journalists the official representative of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Alexander Kurennoy, the poison that could be poisoned Magnitsky and other people around Browder, a cumulative effect, so it’s hard to pinpoint exactly when it may have begun to give to the victims.

«Many aluminium compounds are toxic – they can act on the heart and kidneys. There are hundreds of varieties of materials with the addition of aluminium, which give similar to conventional disease clinical presentation – that is, when the examination of the body, all signs will point to the fact that the person died of a heart attack or stroke, or he had kidney failure, but in no way was poisoned,» — said Nikulin.

Earlier Nikulin noted that the poisons with the addition of aluminium was created abroad and used foreign intelligence agencies in the USSR, these substances are not developed and not applied.

The death of Magnitsky in a Moscow prison in 2009 sparked an international scandal that ultimately led to the adoption of, so-called «Magnitsky act». This law States imposed sanctions against a number of Russians, whom they considered responsible for the death of the auditor. The authorities of the Russian Federation believe that the law was completely inspired by Browder, and deny involvement in the death of Magnitsky.
