Regional leaders can offer families with young children targeted measures of financial and organizational nature, the Chairman of the social Committee of the Federation Council Valery Ryazansky, commenting on the correspondence of the head of Karelia Arthur Parfenchikov about the fate of the kindergarten.

Earlier the inhabitant of Karelia Anna Vlasov in a social network «Vkontakte» published fragments of correspondence with Parfenchikov, in which it asked to restore the work of the kindergarten in the village. Parfenchikov said that the village can’t open a nursery for one child: «negotiate with grandparents, hire a babysitter. As all come… to fulfill the child for three years, carry it in Suoyarvi,» he wrote. Later Parfenchikov explained your answer Vlasova emotional reaction, noting that «not restrained, but was honest.»

«The authorities must work together with citizens to discuss the need of social projects that should be implemented in the settlements. This also applies to courtyards, construction of kindergartens. Projects that are carried out taking into account the views of residents, are the most tenacious, successful,» Ryazansky told RIA Novosti.

In his opinion, the permanent contact between citizens and authorities should be close enough, if you cannot solve the problem in a traditional way, you can find any address, point-level solutions.
