The electoral Commission of Primorye during the test provided the candidates for Governor of signatures of municipal deputies and heads of districts found violations in a number of candidates, told RIA Novosti on Tuesday, the Secretary of the election Committee Natalia Kamaeva.

To participate in the election of party candidates must collect at least 141 signatures of deputies and heads of the 26 cities and districts of the region to overcome the «municipal filter». Independents to these signatures need to collect a little more than 7 thousand signatures of voters.

Earlier the electoral Commission of Primorye registered candidates in governors of Igor Stepanenko («Patriots of Russia»), the independent candidate, acting Governor of Primorsky Krai Oleg Kozhemyako and Rose Chemerys from the party «For women of Russia».

On Sunday, the election Commission completed the reception of documents for registration of candidates in governors. In addition to Kozhemyako, Chemeris and Stepanenko documents filed Alexey Timchenko from the Party of growth, Duma Deputy Andrei Andreychenko of liberal democratic party, the independents Victor Vasiliev and Pavel Mikhalchenkov, the former prefect of the Northern administrative district of Moscow Oleg Mitvol of the Green party, the independent candidate-Communist Andrey Ishchenko, Viktor Staritsyn from the «Communist party of social justice» and a self-nominee Oleksandr Kovalenko.

«Today at the meeting of the electoral Commission considered the completeness of the information provided by the candidates. It is established that Ishchenko gave 134 reliable signatures for the municipal filter: 147 provided with two unreliable due to the fact that two of the signatories were not deputies, and 11 not counted, as members have mentioned earlier signing for someone. Is cross-validation on all of the candidates,» said Kamaeva.

According to her, now Ishchenko does not have enough signatures to pass the municipal filter. Mitvol also have lacking signatures, she said.

«Kovalenko initially given less signatures. Have Staritsyna courtesy of 101 signature is also inherently inadequate to the reception but all of them are reliable,» — said Kamaeva.

«Two days later, November 22, we are required candidates to give a copy of the final Protocol of verification of signatures of voters. Based on the review, the Commission on 24 November will make the final decision», — said the Agency interlocutor.

Earlier, the election Committee of Primorye, on the recommendation of the CEC invalidated the results of the September elections of the head region. New elections will be held on December 16. In early October, the regional Parliament passed a law that allows independents to participate in elections of the Governor.
