Moscow will not make hasty decisions on the issue of membership in the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW) to conduct a situation analysis, said in an interview with RIA Novosti Russia’s permanent representative to the organization of Alexander Shulgin.

The conference of the States parties to the Convention on the prohibition of chemical weapons (CWC KSU) in a vote on Tuesday approved the draft budget for 2019, providing for the extension of the mandate of the OPCW.
