The incident in the Black sea sent to the artificial aggravation of Russian-Ukrainian contradictions, and create new pretexts for sanctions against Russia, said Russia’s permanent representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich.

Three ships of the Ukrainian Navy in the Black sea on Sunday broke the Russian border and maneuvered in a dangerous manner, failing to respond to legitimate demands to stop immediately. Poroshenko signed the corresponding decree. The decision must be approved by the Verkhovna Rada at a meeting on Monday.
