The Governor of the Novosibirsk region Andrey Travnikov has demanded from subordinates to stop «Stoopid» schools for repair and thoroughly investigate the recent collapse of the wall during replacement Windows.

As reported, on November 21 the brick wall of the first and second floors collapsed Wednesday in the wing schools in the Novosibirsk region in the village Tealeaf Kupinsky district. As a result of incident nobody has suffered, as the kids weren’t in school. According to authorities, the area of the collapse amounted to 120 square meters. The building was the replacement of wooden Windows with plastic. Prior to this event, collapse of the internal walls at the school occurred in March in Suzun district.

«Stenopad in schools begins to bother you, because all the recent incidents occurred after the renovations. It is clear that some buildings were built in Soviet years and in need of repair. But any work needs to be organized properly and should not lead to the destruction of the buildings,» said herbalist at the weekly operative meeting.

The head of the region instructed to figure out how can work to replace window units cause damage to the supporting partitions walls.

In turn, the head of the regional Ministry of education Sergey Fedorchuk said that the Commission of regional Ministry of construction and sets out the reasons for the collapse of the wall, but visually visible violations during the construction of the building, in particular, has fallen out of the wall brick «had for mortar».

Minister of construction of the region Ivan Schmidt confirmed that the constructive building of 1956 of the buildings in the area fell into disrepair and the wall, in fact, rested on the window frames. The Commission continues to examine the building. Children learn temporarily in other buildings.
