The Ministry of foreign Affairs of the self-proclaimed Luhansk national Republic in connection with the imposition of martial law in Ukraine, urges Kiev to engage in constructive dialogue, said the acting Minister of foreign Affairs, Plenipotentiary representative LNR at the talks in Minsk Vladislav Danego.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Monday approved a decree Poroshenko on the introduction of martial law in some areas of the country for 30 days after the Ukrainian Navy ships violated the border of Russia in the Black sea and was detained by Russian ships.

«The foreign Ministry calls on representatives of the LC of Ukraine for a constructive dialogue in the framework of the Minsk agreements and recalls that the imposition of martial law actualizes the question of the observance by the government of Ukraine implementierung international law and commitments undertaken in the framework of signed in Minsk documents», — said Deynego at the briefing.

The acting Minister expressed confidence that the only way to find a way out of the conflict.

«And anyone who wants escalation of the conflict, waiting for the inevitable punishment for the crimes committed against humanity,» said Danego.
