Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev instructed before December 25 to submit to the government a draft law on direct mixed transportation, reported on the website of the Cabinet.

«The Ministry of transport, Ministry of economic development of Russia, the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Antimonopoly service to introduce in the established order in the government of the Russian Federation the draft Federal law «On direct mixed (combined) transportations». Deadline: 25 Dec 2018″, — stated in the instructions.

In addition, the Ministry of transport, Ministry of communications and Ministry of economic development, jointly with interested Federal Executive authorities and organizations charged until December 20 to submit considering the earlier instructions of the government of the Russian Federation proposals on the use of «big data» generated within the system «ERA-GLONASS» and «Plato», for building them on the basis of the required transport sector electronic services.

Instructions were given following the meeting on digital transformation in the transport sector.

Earlier in November the head of Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation Eugene Dietrich at the meeting, Medvedev said that the Ministry plans to the end of the year to submit to the government a draft law on direct mixed combined passenger transport, which regulates the work of different operators in the same carriage. According to him, to the last time the bill was moving very quickly, because it was necessary to decide the question of liability in the case that at some stage of transportation occurs a failure, but now these points have already been discussed.
