The Prosecutor’s office sent to court a criminal case against 14-year-old schoolgirl from the city of Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region, threw a wreath at the Eternal flame, said Wednesday the press center of the Prosecutor of the region.

According to prosecutors, on October 24 evening, several teenagers were on site «memorial of Glory» in Zlatoust, where installed the monument of Eternal fire. Maximum sanction of this article provides imprisonment for up to 3 months, specified in the message.

Criminal charges were brought against one girl under 14 years of age, the second girl had not yet reached the age of criminal responsibility, at present, it is expelled from the class of cadets-rescuers, explained in a statement.

The Prosecutor adds that a student in the cadet class previously participated in the Victory parade, carried the «memory Watch» on the memorial. Both girls live in ordinary families, enrolled in school, in the ideological organizations do not belong.
