The pilot of the plane that crashed in the Republic of Khakassia in April, was drunk, did not have the rights to control the aircraft and was performing dangerous maneuvers, reports a press-service Western-the Siberian investigatory management on transport of Investigatory Committee of Russia.

In April, the emergency Department of Khakassia reported the hard landing of a light two-seater aircraft in the area of suburban society «Orbita» in two to three kilometres in the direction of the village Kaybely Altai district of the Republic. Two people were killed – the pilot and the passenger. Eyewitnesses claimed that the plane went into a tailspin.

«The commander of the aircraft, being in an alcohol intoxication, in violation of the requirements of the Air code of the Russian Federation, not having a current pilot license and current medical certificate, when no certificate of airworthiness, not having the right to operate the aircraft carried out the takeoff with the runway Kaybely located in the Altai district of the Republic of Khakassia … Flight was carried out with the implementation of slides and picketing, as a result there was a collision of the aircraft with the water surface», — is spoken in the message.

Weight located in the plane of the males exceeded the maximum allowable. The actions of the captain qualified on signs of the crime under part 2 of article 263 of the criminal code of Russian Federation («Infringement of safety rules of movement and operation of air transport, entailed on imprudence death of two persons»), however, in connection with his death, the criminal case was dismissed.
