The head of the HRC, the Russian Federation Mikhail Fedotov asked the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Lyudmila Denisova use their powers for the abolition of restrictions on entry to Ukraine for Russian men, he also noted that this decision openly violates human rights, a statement posted on the website of the HRC, the Russian Federation.
