Militants of the radical movement «Taliban» has abducted at least 40 civilians in Northern Afghanistan, reports Tolo News, citing the police.

According to the representative of police of Samangan province, Mohammad Munir Rahimi, the attack occurred on Sunday morning in a village in the district Dresup. Rahimi said that the operation to rescue the hostages.
