The new President of Mexico, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador promised on Saturday that will give preferences in the international cooperation to those countries that are fighting corruption.

«We prefer to cooperate with States in which honest and punished for bribery and corruption,» said Lopez Obrador, speaking to the crowd on the Central square of Mexico city tens of thousands of supporters.

He also announced the elimination of the intelligence service CISEN. Previously he suspected her of spying on political opponents of the previous administration.

«CISEN disappears. No more spying on the opposition and citizens. Will only work intelligence for the preservation of peace and national security,» said Lopez Obrador, without specifying exactly who will do it.
