Economic breakthrough and improvement of the quality of life of Russians through the implementation of the national projects should not involve the creation of «oasis of prosperity» in large cities in abandoned villages, according to the Public chamber of the Russian Federation.

«The main goal for the coming years – economic breakthrough and change the quality of people’s lives. This improvement should not imply the creation of «oasis of prosperity» in agglomerations with abandoned villages and small towns. The focus should be primarily on how to ensure decent conditions for all citizens of our country», — stated in the draft annual report on the state of civil society in Russia.

According to the authors of the report, the main task today — «to provide extensive public mobilization of the» society for the implementation of national projects and «Russian breakthrough».

«You can’t «force» people to love the state, but for a breakthrough, we need such a social atmosphere, where the citizens generally trust the government. Therefore, now more important than ever public-private dialogue and direct participation of civil society in the implementation and monitoring of implementation of national projects. This issue is a priority for the Public chamber of the Russian Federation and public chambers in the regions for the coming years», — stated in the OP of the Russian Federation.

The report will be finalized taking into account the proposals of the participants of the plenary session OP the Russian Federation, which takes place in Moscow on 3-4 December. The final version of the report will be submitted before the end of the year and sent to the President of the Russian Federation, both chambers of the Federal Assembly, ministries and departments.
