Prime Minister of Bashkortostan Rustem Mardanov has resigned and will work in the banking system, said at the operational meeting of the regional government, the acting head of Bashkiria radium Khabirov.

«Rustem khabibovich moves on to another job. I tried to dissuade him, but his work in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation is important for the country,» said Habirov. Earlier Habirov has accepted the resignation of all Deputy Prime Ministers.

Khabibovich Rustem Mardanov was born in 1964 in Bashkiria, is an economist by education, he studied at the Ufa state aviation Institute, candidate of economic Sciences. From 2002 to 2013 he worked as the Chairman of the National Bank of Bashkortostan, until 2015, was Vice-Premier of the regional government, in 2015-2018 worked in the position of Prime Minister.
