Crimeans should be cautious when planning a trip to Ukraine, in several regions where martial law was declared by the head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov.

«Most likely, before the expiration of martial law, (Petro) Poroshenko (President of Ukraine – ed.) ‘ll attempt some sort of provocation to do so. Therefore, in this respect the Crimean people should behave with extreme caution, especially when going to Ukraine,» — said Konstantinov at the meeting of the Presidium of the Crimean Parliament.

On Thursday the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the background of the incident in the Black sea, when the ships of the Ukrainian naval forces violated the border of Russia and was detained by Russian ships, approved the decree on introduction of martial law in some areas of the country for 30 days. The military situation for Vinnytsia, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Odesa, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. This mode provides the possibility of temporary restriction of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, including the right to participate in elections, to freedom of thought and speech.
