The President of the United States Donald trump in his Twitter announced the beginning of trade negotiations with China.

«Negotiations with China has already begun. If all goes well, they will end within 90 days from the day of our wonderful and very warm dinner with President XI (Jinping) in Argentina,» said the American leader.

He added that to lead them on the American side will be the United States trade representative Robert Leithiser, who will work closely with the Minister of Finance by Steve Mucinum, economic adviser for the President of the United States Larry Kudlow, trade Minister Wilbur Ross and another consultant in Economics — Peter Navarro.

«But if not (if China fails to agree – ed.), remember, I am a man of duty, if people or countries trying to take away the wealth of the nation, I will make them pay for that liberty. It’s always the most advantageous way to strengthen our economic power. Right now we get the billions due to tariffs,» he threatened trump.

Perhaps the most important outcome of the meeting «Big twenty» in Argentina were the results of negotiations trump and the President of China, XI Jinping, who formally took place after the end of the summit. The leaders agreed to suspend a trade war — not to impose additional tariffs after 1 January. What will happen to the old restrictive duties, however, is not specified.
