A shelter in the North-West of Moscow, where on Wednesday burned about 30 homeless dogs and rabbits, according to preliminary data, worked illegally, told RIA Novosti the representative of the emergency services in the capital.

The fire occurred early in the morning on the street Bottom Mnevniki house 37. When the firefighters arrived, the wooden building was on fire throughout the area — 200 square meters, it was dense black smoke. The administration managed to bring out 20 animals. According to preliminary data, burned about 30 homeless dogs and rabbits.

«According to preliminary data, the illegal shelter, the circumstances are clarified,» — said the Agency interlocutor.

As previously said RIA Novosti head of the Ministry of emergency situations, among the rescued animals dogs, rabbits and chicken.

The fire at the animal shelter took place in Moscow in March of last year. Then as a result of a rapidly spreading fire in one of the buildings of the orphanage in the North of the city killed 13 dogs. It was succeeded to rescue more than 80 dogs and cats.
