Federal court in USA on Tuesday sentenced the military from Hawaii to 25 years imprisonment and 20 years of subsequent court supervision for attempting to provide material support to a terrorist group «Islamic state»*, according to local newspaper the Honolulu Star Advertiser.

Earlier it was reported that American soldiers from Hawaii, pleaded guilty to attempting to provide material support to IG*.

Sergeant first class (meets in the Russian army senior Sergeant) Icaic Eric Kang (Ikaika Erik Kang) detained in July 2017. In the indictment it was stated that the man met with FBI agents under cover, believing that they have a connection with IG*. He gave them information of a military nature, some of which were classified as secret.

Kang also gave the undercover agents a drone, military equipment and a form that held them in combat techniques and marksmanship, which was filmed on video allegedly with the purpose of further use by militants*.

Kang in Federal court pleaded guilty to four charges related to attempting to provide material support to IG*. Each of the four points meant a sentence of up to 20 years in prison. The U.S. justice Department reported that Kang made a deal with the investigation and agreed to a prison term of 25 years.
