The specialists of «Mospeada» to help burned-out employees of a private animal shelter «be Happy» in the rubble and ready to assist in placing the remaining animals, if they are requested, told RIA Novosti press-service of the Department.

The fire occurred early Wednesday in the North-West of the capital in the street Bottom Mnevniki house 37 private animal shelter. When the firefighters arrived, the wooden building was on fire throughout the area — 200 square meters, it was dense black smoke. The administration managed to bring out 20 animals. According to preliminary data, burned about 30 homeless dogs and rabbits. The head of a network of shelters Svetlana Komissarov told RIA Novosti that the animals were rescued, moved to other wards of the orphanage.

As explained in the Department, the authorities are also ready to assist in the placement of rescued animals. «If they have problems with accommodation — we will help. Just a networking «Happy» three shelters. They lived about 1,000 dogs, cats and rabbits. The shelter staff on social networks announced the collection of funds to help rebuild after the fire.

The fire at the animal shelter took place in Moscow in March of last year. Then as a result of a rapidly spreading fire in one of the buildings of the orphanage in the North of the city killed 13 dogs. It was succeeded to rescue more than 80 dogs and cats.
